The European Securities and Markets Authority (ESMA) has published an update of its EMIR Questions and Answers document on 28 May 2020 with guidelines for the reporting to REGIS-TR. The revised document adds TR Q&A 54 on page 121 with clarifications for the reporting by and on behalf of non-financial counterparties (NFCs) under EMIR Refit.
