REGIS-TR would like to congratulate MarketAxess Holdings Inc. (MKTX) on their agreement to acquire Deutsche Börse Group’s Regulatory Reporting Hub. The sale is expected to be finalised in late 2020, with both Deutsche Börse Group and MarketAxess assuring clients that the sale will not adversely affect them.
REGIS-TR is not impacted by this acquisition, and continues to offer their services as usual.
