REGIS-TR appoints Mark Gem to Board of Directors

Mark Gem is Chair of the Clearstream Risk Committee, a Member of the Executive Board for Clearstream International and represents Luxembourg on the board of SWIFT. Among his responsibilities in recent years, Mark established and led the compliance function of Clearstream Banking Luxembourg as Chief Compliance Officer.
